In these changed times we have introduced a number of innovations to the patient journey at the practice. We have implemented all of the recommendations of the HPSC. Please phone the practice rather than calling in to make appointments. We are now asking people to arrive for their appointment just a few minutes before their appointment time. Where possible we would ask you not to bring anyone with you. Hand sanitiser is provided and we would be grateful if you could use it when you arrive at the surgery. To save time our new patient medical history is available to download and print off here. Please fill it in and bring it with you to your appointment.
